OK! Soooo this is a bit of a beefer of a description, so please bear with me here. If you're curious as to why this particular deviation is labeled as a "Special" deviation. It's because this particular piece has 5 different purposes; allow me to explain:

Any of you who have seen my gallery know that I've done digital portraits of both Shadow and Silver at this point. So, I figured I would go on ahead and do one of Sonic. After all, why not do one of the main character? So no I've did one for all 3 hedgies, yay

The blue blurs' birthday is this month...in a couple days, to be exact. June 23rd is his 25th anniversary. Yep, Sonic's been running through Green Hills and into our hearts for a quarter of a Century! Kinda hard to believe he's been around for this long...It makes me feel old. (even though I'm younger than him lol) Nonetheless, Sonic has played a huge part in my life in more ways than one, so I felt the need to do something to commemorate this day. So, Happy 25th Birthday Sonic; I wish you many years of success, my friend.

This is my entry for 's "Character of the Month" contest. This time around it just so happened to be Sonic, so it was a little extra incentive to do this piece. This is also my entry for dAhub and ProjectComment 's "Comment & Art Contest". I had to draw something relevant to the avatar of someone who gave me a constructive comment. For those of you who don't know, is an account that can help you get points by supporting fellow devaintartists, and is a group dedicated to giving feedback to artists who seek to improve. This picture is a partial 'thank you' gift to for giving me a lovely piece of constructive criticism on one of my pieces. I was very thankful to receive such a comment; And because of it, I was able to enter into the aforementioned contest. His icon just so happened to be a silhouette of Sonic, so it really fell perfectly into place with what I was already doing lol.
