Ideally, I'd have my first pokemon be a Vulpix, since they're crazy adorable, but if I had to pick one of these three, I'd go with Bulbasaur.

I love the details, such as the smoke rising from Charmander's tail and the little sweatdrops on Squirtle's head. Obviously standing next to Charmander is too hot for him.

Ah, the first of many.  Good times.

As far as the art itself, this is pretty good.  The soft colors and lights through the window do great at giving it an old nostalgic feeling.  And having the pokemon peeking up is a cute touch.
