I know and I'm sorry. I just couldn't pass up the opportunity since the post intro deals very specifically with instant ramen vs. regular (or should it be regular vs. slow, since people eat more instant?). Egads! I'm really turning into a teacher
the classic culinary example of fake vs. real is of course the British turtle soup, where the fake is made from veal face and still is better in many ways than the real stuff [link]
