This just had to be done. Because bribing and pimping aren't exactly pure things.Important note: I know that probably most of you are going to say "but Goku said something else etc". So I'm gonna write it now - Goku's text is based on the Japanese version. I heard in the American dub he tried to bribe Kaioshin with a kiss or something, right?

Actually, I was thinking the same thing just when he was riding it towards the BEGINNING of DBZ because he had to have had sex in order to produce Gohan. It's essentially a puritan cloud, after all, I think its standards are way higher than merely not allowing Goku on after he tried to pimp Bulma, just minor sexual motivation is enough to preclude its use, basically if Gohan was a remotely typical teenager he'd have not been able to ride the thing at the beginning of the Boo saga.
