Δεν ήταν πολύ δύσκολη στο στήσιμό της αυτή η φωτογραφία και να σου πω την αλήθεια μακάρι να ήμουν expert. Δούλεψα κάμποση ώρα στο ps προσπαθώντας να φέρω το χρώμα και το φως εκεί που ήθελα. Ναι, η κοπέλα είχε αρκετά καλό ύφος. Της έιχα ζητήσει να φαίνεται σοβαρή και δεν δυσκολεύτηκε καθόλου. Σ ευχαριστώ και πάλι.

this is a real aspirational image - I would love to know what lighting you used here - it looks like daylight or maybe kinos?
Whatever it is it is a work of genius - so simple yet so gut-wrenching...I mean in the best way.

Well it's not only lighting, it's also work in photoshop in which I tend to forget how I exactly get my results cause I experiment differently with each photo. The lighting is a trick I learned a long time ago by a pro. You take a strobe with a softbox and you place it above and in front of the head facing the floor. The thing is that the model has to have very good skin otherwise they look a bit horrifying to some people who don't like imperfections. In some cases you might need a reflector hitting the face from below (having the softbox light bounce on the subject if you don't want the shadows to be too strong) or some other type of light which will soften the shadows on the face.

It seems like a lot of your most recent work is a lot colder. Bluish hues against dark backgrounds. Unemotive portraits of immobile people.
And I love it. There's something sad and lonely about them, and this one especially. The image is haunting, I can't keep my eyes off it.
So far as style goes, you're one of my favorite photographers on DA.

i wanted to save this image coz im so impressed - i like it alot
but it wanted to save as blank.png void of any info in the pic...
