Enchantingly...real. It's amazing this photograph, this woman. She's not even staring at you but you can feel her pouring in. It's one of those faces, you'll never forget. Fantastic capture, wonderfully presented.

beautiful comments are the constructive ones.i m sorry that feel too small to be constructive to a professional,to a photographer who can "see" the beauty in every body and face,to someone who can create miracles with his talent.

Constructive is something that gives me the courage to keep going...and your ways seem to do that. Every body is beautiful at small fractions in time. Sometimes we happen to be there with a camera.

This is a beautifully clear portrait of a person who's quite lovely, but in a very unconventional way. She's got so much personality oozing out of her cheekbones, her forehead and lips. She's not someone easily forgotten, or lacking in her own individuality. I think it's excellent that she's pictured without a lot of make-up or bright clothing. We really are forced to take her in only through her face, giving us more time to really examine the details about her.
I think the lighting is excellent, it's very clean and bright, but still leaves a good tonal range from black to white. I love the amount of detail you've captured as well, it really enhances this photo.

wow, This is amaising...
I think one of the best things about photography is that it alows us to view people without coming from a social situation. If i were to see a woman at a window staring out like this I would wonder what had happened, why she looked the way she did, and what could be done to make her happy. With a photo, I can admire the lines of her jaw, the shadows on her neck, the curl of her hair. I am not compelled to feel bad, becasue I am outside the subject.
I love the portraits that you do, I love it all.
Thank you

Some years ago, I saw this exhibition of photography on women in the former war ridden Yugoslavia, this sort of took me back there. This is so very quiet and beautiful. It has a very subtle and emotive feeling of melancholy and slight darkness. So very beautiful work, Konstantinos.
