Description Another one of my fav Orchids at home in the garden!
Maxillaria tenuifolia

The Coconut Orchid, named for it's scent, occurs in Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Niacaragua and Costa Rica.

The flowers smell just like coconut!
Awewsome!
I sure wish the web had "smellorama"
One day maybe?

Because the smell of coconut orchids is way cool indeed!

Your a lucky man, most of the time it's cold here (it's snowing right now) or it rains. And when it's finally summer we have a few days it can be very hot, much to hot (we dutch always like to complain about the weather )

But actually I'm quite happy where I live, it's good here, we don't live in a war zone and we have good social security's, I have a good home and a good job.
But dreaming of an other beautiful place can't hurt, it's good to have dreams
