Hong Kong is obviously not a popular destination for hiking. Nevertheless, there are a lot of excellent hiking trails around Hong Kong. Lantau peak trail is one of the more difficult trails. Lantau peak is the second highest mountain in Hong Kong.I wanted to summit Lantau Peak. However, due to rainfall, I did not arrive at the trail head until almost 4pm. I could only get halfway to the peak before I got stuck in a raining cloud and had to hike back down to catch the last cable car. I made this photo on my way down, showing a mountain range that could be seen from the trail. Because it was raining, cloud was blowing past the mountain range.
