Here are some photos from my trip to Carolina Beach last week. It was a great vacation, very peaceful and I went to some cool places.From the top left to right:
1. sunrise that I snapped as my sisters and I were walking on the beach looking for shells.
2. Moon jellies at the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher.
3. Seen from the balcony of our motel room.
4. Seagull footprints
5. Peek-a-boo! Grey treefrog at the aquarium.
6. Venomous copperhead snake. Very pretty markings!
7. American alligator in aquarium conservatory.
8. Octopus hiding in the shade
9. My little sister collecting seashells.
10. Fiddler crab that my other sister dragged out of its hole in which it was trying to escape. Taken at Carolina Beach State Park.

My sister generously put this together for me, for my photoshop skills are quite lacking DX
I hope one day we can go back, it was really fun!

It was very fun, I'm so glad my family was able to go!
We hardly ever take vacations, mostly because of a lack of extra money.
This one was one of our best trips!

And to be honest with you, i think the best trips are usually local ones or ones in the same country - you don't need to fly somewhere to have a great holiday
