Description I like playing with polymer clay, especially making different kinds of canes that I can slice up to make beads and jewelry.
So, when I saw this tutorial by
[link]
I had to try it out! As in, immediately.
I had just bought some more clay yesterday morning, so I made these in the afternoon and am uploading them today! I also made a couple of millefiori beads from leftover seed cane slices and a kind of green pendant to use up the scrap clay.

My kiwis have extraordinarily thick skins

I've always loved kiwis, they are such beautiful fruits, and now I'm going to make earrings and other things from the cane slices.

Thank you so much!
I made three different sizes from the one cane:
the largest ones are 3 cm x 2.5 cm
medium are 2 cm x 1.5 cm
small are 1.5 cm x 1.5 cm ( not sure why they are more square shaped )
I always like making things different sizes when I work with polymer clay so I can use them for different things, like earrings or for a necklace.

Ah clay... something I miss. -_-; All the modeling clay I used to buy is miraculously discontinued. -Kel

Thank you!
I hate it when things get discontinued, it bothers me and inconveniences me at the same time!
You should give clay a try again, maybe you'll discover an even better brand

The idea has crossed my mind, but I wouldn't know how to begin except maybe selling them at school.
I'll probably end up giving some to my sister and making presents for my friends' birthdays.

I already made myself a pair of earrings and a bracelet from the smaller kiwis,
and they turned out really nice so I think that's what I'll do with the rest
