to be honest...I have absolutely no idea why they are called man bars... but that's a miner matter because as soon as you taste them it feels like heaven! FREAKIN DELICIOUS! I wanted to eat only one piece...but no...I had to stop me before I became the cookie monster
I tasted them without and with the poudered suger coating. If you want to "safe" some calories (sorry I'm laughing) you can leave them as they are
there are walnuts, graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips in it
