I made this animated Moonclaw for 's website [link] (www.wix.com/livethelegend/braveheartslegend)Not going to say much more about this.
I was in a funeral today
My cousin's dog died... I know, you're relieved that it wasn't a human x) Well, so am I of course, but it was still horribly sad...
Nikki (the dog) was only three years old and is the same breed as my dog is, CKC Spaniel... Small, brown/white patterned, like a cow... It was because of that dog's cute awesomeness that we got a dog.
She had such personality, few dogs I've met really have that. She used to climb up on me and put her neck on my face so I could "pffpffrtpffpff" on her
and she used to rub her chest on our feet so we would scratch her with our foot! Cute little bastard.Then she got a disease that caused her brain to grow too big for the skull, and it would pressure the nerves in the neck, which caused stings of pain and it could eventually cause paralyzation. She had to be put down...
It's been six hours since the funeral and I'm still sniffing! I gave them a picture I painted of her and they were so happy to get it they put it in a frame and hung it above their couch!
Luckily now she won't be in pain anymore, but we'll still miss her :C *dries off tear*
Heh. Tomorrow we're going to make milkshake

Thanks! I don't think I spent that much time on it, maybe 2-3 hours or so. And I used Adobe Photoshop CS3 for this one, I think.

Awwww, I'm so sorry to hear about your cousin's dog...that's really sad...I lost my dear cat recently. It's never easy, but at least you know now she won't be suffering any more...many hugs to you

I'm sorry to hear about your cousin's dog. The condition you describe that she had is increasingly common in purebred KC spaniels because of the rise in inbreeding

Thank you. I hope mine doesn't have the same :C I guess that's what humans get for breeding animals to the unnatural for our benefit... If that makes sense. I hope they will stop breeding with the dogs that has that condition, so it can be stopped!

But. Buuut... It's so sad! I... I don't know what to say really... It's just. stupid. that a disease should end her life, and not old age. But your friend and yourself made sure she lived a long and happy life. and she won't have to suffer from the ilness anymore

Awesome animation C: The movement of the tail reminds me a bit of a horse, but it still looks very natural to me ^^
