Parent Consent: I, _______________________ agree to let my child train with the Grayling Viking Militia, and in any case that my child, _____________________ is hurt, understand that I hold responsibility for my child. I also understand that this is a supervised and safe training program, and that there will be at least one firearm for protection only.

Information On Boot Camp:
This program is to give you a sensation on what basic combat training is like, and what it’s like to be part of a military family. Once you complete this program, you are an obligated team member of the Grayling Viking Militia, though you are free to come and go as you please. Also, note that after this training, you may be a drill instructor for future recruits of Grayling Viking Militia. Once you complete Grayling Viking Boot Camp, you are an official member of the Grayling Viking Militia.
The training starts on August 5th, 2013 at 3:30 pm at Howes Lake (look directions up on Google Maps: Howes Lake, Michigan) and ends on August 10th, 2013 at 4:00 pm at Howes Lake. Required equipment include: air soft rifle (if you have one), back pack (with: 4 bottles of water, jacket, change of socks, swimming suit, and change of cloths), flash light, and sleeping bag.

Oath:
I, ____________________________ agree to obey and follow any orders given by my teacher, I agree to understand that after completing this training I will be induced into the Grayling Viking Militia, and that I may help GVM train other recruits. I agree to fire at least five rounds from a bb gun, participate in the two-mile-march, and obstacle courses. I understand that wile serving in the Militia, I will also be serving under the Untied States Constitution as the Militia branch, to oppress tyranny and protect my country from foreign threats. I understand that being part of a Militia does NOT give me military rights, and that I am still a civilian of the United States, not a soldier. And last I understand that I am obligated to assist in Grayling Viking Militia events, and to be classified as a 09 Sierra “Raptor”, 03 Lima “Reaper”, 11 Tango “Alaska”, or 13 Golf “Dragon”.
