...well...explain just what the hell this is.Quite frankly, I felt like combining a bunch of stuff that I thought would be pretty cool looking...with the center of attention being his bright red scarf. Which I will say, was a leftover of an attempt at a Hotsuma (Shinobi) and Hiryu (Strider) combo fanart - since the two of them are in my opinion, the best red scarf wearing heroes out there.
Other than that...yeah...I don't know what to say. Overall, I wound up liking the design, so you'll see more of him.
And yes, to clarify, it IS a guy. Yes, he wears a diadem, and yes he has purple hair and earrings...if you have issues with that, I don't give a damn.
OH- and like the title says...I decided to make a long running gag into reality, by giving him SWORD CHUCKS.

Addendum:
-Utensils- .5 mechanical pencil, Sakura brand pigment liners, and a combination of Copic and Prismacolor markers on parchment paper.
-Working Time- 1 hr. penciling, 1.5 hrs. inking + cleanup, and 3 hrs. coloring + photoshopping. Total Time: 5.5 hrs.
