Well, that was unexpected...Originally I was going for Hawk and Flemeth (I 'm very bery impressed by her! @.@... inc next prolly xD) Since the game has alternatives playthroughs, and I have the feeling that I'm like ... NEAR THE END?? (obviously I'm wrong... how long is this thing seriously? Well, the longer the better... I am LOVING THE STORY! This is a fanfictionist's goldmine lol xD ) I was sure Fenris wasn't in my version, I slipped by him and the pirate. Till a stupid random quest, and there was the mofo...
My conscionce was crying, DON'T, get to know know him first! If you paint Fenris now, he'll be out of character! But my innerfangirl was begging for it.
Think I've spent more time guessing, depicting the personality than basic painting.
He seems broken, careless, reckless, but yet still very much full of 'it', to me... I really like this character (but I gotto admit I have an elf'etish >.>)

DA2 is a treasure trove for fanfiction writers everywhere! Bioware has caught on to something amazing for fantasy fans. Perhaps that's why there are books about Mass Effect but nothing for Dragon Age.
Flemeth is pretty special, and her Dragon Age 2 makeover was jaw-dropping.
I think you got Fenris just right, particularly the markings on his arms. His expression is a little sultry, but there is a particular scene where he pulled that expression.

BTW. You can finish the game in about 20 hours or 60 hours. Depends how much side quests you do.

Let me explain! It's pretty simple.
If you like fantasy, enjoy a good book, movie, would want to meet well developped characters, just to get carried away into a story. This is a game for you, and I guarantee you'll love it.
But if you want numbers, stats, level developpemnt, character control, strategy and 'pew pew' encounters... you'll hate it. Leveling is too slow, at least in my opinion, combat mechanics are under developped, too dry, too easy, I feel often like I'm hitting a giant macro button (which is kinda true aswell lol), there is too little variation.
DA II is for a dreamer, fanfiction write, artist, casual gamer, not for a hard core gamer, if you are in the first categoty, go get it NOW!

I'd love to get it, just for the story and for the characters.. that is for sure. Than there's the other one (lawl, the BF) who's all like "It's not worth it! The game play--- bla bla bla" etc etc, so I think I'm going to buy it with my own money.
But if this game has the stuff I am looking for, I MUST GET ET!!
Also this character looks awesome so I must know more about him. Mwahaha.
