This is pretty prodigious stuff. XD In no way would I insult you by relating this guy to that Twilight...vampire. (That is regarding the comment previous to this one.) Your OC looks pretty original to me. And an eye candy phenomenon, at that.

He does have a similar look to the guy in twilight, the width between the eyes and the thick brows. Fenris is a character in a game called Dragon Age tho, and not an oc. But thank you

Holy sh*t! Your lighting is... wow! How do you make the tattoos glow like that? And the lighting on his face is breathtaking. You're very talented!

Photoshop: Create new layer. Go to -> Layer -> Layer Style -> Outer Glow -> select color and edit opacity/spread/size to the way you want it. Then draw with a white colored brush. To see the effects of the changes you make real time, then draw something on the new layer before editing stuff in "Outer Glow"

Ahaha! I wasn't expecting a tutorial - this is great! I wish I had photoshop now. I'm just a writer and a dabbler in pen/ink drawings. Limited technology over here.
