Yeah, I recommend the COL-Erase blue ... this is the exact one I use:

You could shop on the net and get them cheaper.... I forget where I found them, but I got a few boxes for around $2.50 EA (box of 12).
I prefer these ONLY if you are going to ink over top of them!!!!
The regular PRISMACOLOR pencils are GREAT as long as you DON'T ink on them.... they put down too much wax to be inked on!

I just used a Col-Erase blue pencil & a mechanical HB lead pencil and a slight color adjustment in Photoshop 7.

I can't remember how he was in the books, it's been ages since I've read them. I always the character Tik-Tok because he was determined, courteous and diligent, provided he stays wound up (d'oh! I'm really hitting the puns hard tonight!)
