This is another wallpaper using the re-rendering of my original Butterfly Orchid" [link] fractal which started out as a shared flame parameter file, 'bluegold', posted by Rico Wack in the Apophysis lists a couple years ago. I liked the gradient that came with it, and did a bit of playing around with the transforms/triangles and variations in the 'edit window' which brought out this 'butterfly/flower' or orchidlike shape. This was followed by a bit of playing around with the gradient colors. It was then rendered as a *.png transparency. I added several layers of the image in order to increase the color density a bit and added the default 'bevel-emboss' setting in Photoshop layers to give it a bit of depth. This was then layered over a white background with another partial layer which used a horizontal linear gradient, giving it a bi-color background.
This size is suitable for use as a wallpaper, as well.
