Description This is an Apophysis 2.18b fractal with minimal editing in Photoshop 7.0 to add the frame, border and signature, with a slight shift in the hue, too, to sharpen the image. It used a mixture of random bilateral image, mutations and then spiralized.

Oh wow! I really like this piece. The structures and color really grab me. I like how the orange-ish/tan-nish colored sections seem to partially wrap around the darker purple areas.

Thanks for the comment and the , glad you like it! The original was kind of tan and blue before I added a bit of red which really brought out the detail..

Thanks for the comment... I guess it seemed a bit incomplete without the ''frame''. Thought the frame looked better when used as a wallpaper...

Thanks, Lorri! The original was a bit bluer, so I moved the hue toward the reds to give it the lavender hue..
