Setting? There really is no setting, just water. The background is nicely blurred so all you see is the shapes.
Angle? The angle is perfect.
Use of space/Cropping? I like how it has spaces between the bubbles. I dont think more bubbles would improve it, imo.
Colors? The color is fantastic, it looks cool, clear, and refreshing.
Lighting? I think I loved the lighting best of all. The reflections make them look like irregular glass marbles. Really must see this one in full view to appreciate the 'thick wall' look to them. Its almost crystal looking.
Focus? perfect
Contrast? brilliant
Borders? The black is reflected in the bubbles making the border work very nicely with the image. It helps the blue colors dramatically. Nothing else would work quite as well.
Could I make a suggestion for improvement? Not a chance!

Very short shutter speed 1/2500 second and flash because those bubbles were moving such fast. Then I just start focusing the surface and waiting when bubbleheap come right place.

You are the undisputed master of hydrophotography. I love the clarity and hue of this one, it's so fluid yet crystaline. The sharpness of the focus and the highlights really make this one POP.

I don't have much choice because in finland military service is mandatory. It's mandatory but I wanted to join because I think that it is my obligation. It takes 6, 9 or 12 months, depending on the duty they've either chosen or someone has chosen for them, then you can also do non-military service ( 12 month).

I really like the way the bubbles turned up, they almost look like translucent stones or something. Good focus and lighting and a beautiful shade of blue, of course. The composition would probably work better if it was less symmetric and more focused on a certain point, but it works surprisingly well as it is, for some reason.
The frame is nice, I'm not that keen on the font though. It's a body text font, not a title font. I believe that all caps might look better.

Really cool shot, I love how the bubbles glitter. There are so many shades of blue in this, that looks great. The focus is a bit too much in the bottom, I think it would look nicer if the sharpest part was in the middle. Great work, good contrasts and good choice of borders
