What i see is a kind of place in the sea where fish come to die, when they realize they have reached the end of their life. Their vibrant color dying out as their bodies decompose themselves...oh my god, that sounds depressing, haha, sorry. But, still, a lovely picture nonetheless.

I feel like I'm scuba diving when I look at this painting! It reminds me a lot of tropical corals, with its bright, contrasting colors and unique intermingling of patterns. The depth of this painting is outstanding and truly deserves recognition. I feel like this is the type of work I would see at the art museum I work at.

How many layers of paint are there? ;D

Initially it was a black and grey paint, but the textures were not well rendered with those tones, so I added "bright" and warm colors. I like to add lot of waters in my acrylics, so I can paint as "aquarel". I can't tell how many layers, but at least 3 or 4, on some parts there are more.

hahaha, en fait je considère les DD comme un bonus, pas vraiment comme la célébration d'une oeuvre exceptionnelle, c'est loin d'être mon tableau favori
Je travaille toujours sur une manip inspirée d'un de tes poèmes, mais je n'arrive pas à organiser l'image, donc je recommence tout le temps.... donc non, malgré la gloire qui m'auréole je ne t'oublie pas, ni les autres
