Personality:
Cheerful, active, explosive,(?--some of you should understand)which gets himself into trouble-, isn't that focused on "justice" and all, and just uses the excuse so that he can carry a gun / bazooka(?) with him legally.but likes chasing criminals and all the action anyway. Seems to laugh and smile a lot, and loves to accept missions. Especially if it provides food. buffets. lotsa food. He's a money-loving person and considers expenses seriously to help his foster "mother" who is sick in bed.
Sometimes irritating, blunt and rash-and also clumsy and careless.

History:
Orphaned at a young age, with his father dying at the hands of a murderer, and his mother attempting to commit suicide due of grief and mental breakdown right in front of him right that moment, just to get killed along with his father, he was taken away forcefully and brought up in a criminal organization unwillingly, to do dirty work and errands.

The organization covered even laboratories, where later Rai was dragged there, and was used like a lab mouse, having experiments carried out on him, even to the point where he almost lost his sense of sight and taste. One of the only things that kept him living was his strong desire to live, and a girl named Lev. (Rav's [link] sister)

Around the time Rai gained almost full recovery on his senses, the organization was taken down by the police. He escaped. Now a homeless teenager with nothing to support onto, he collapsed in the alley of a street, hungry, dirty, cold, injured and exhausted. He woke up in a warm room above a bar, with his wounds all tended and shirts all cleaned, and that's where he met his later-to-be sickly foster mother, who is actually not that much older than himself. It was under her influence that he decided to join the police.

Misc:
-Yes those are hair accessories on his head
-His bandage covers a wound
-Good sense of hearing and smell due to previous damage on his other senses, lower than average sense of taste.
-But overall, cheerful most of the time-- and likes to pick fights.
-Hates summer, heat, loves cold places. like the fridge--
-Likes meat. RAW FISH. But will eat other things too.
-Weapon of choice: Bazooka (ironically he hates the heat-)
-Strong teeth
-Has a lot suicide-like scars on both of his wrists- which he either covers by long sleeves, wristbands, or gloves. But sometimes he just forgets, and reveals them unintentionally.
