After Kio's sister's disappearance, Kio started to search the whole house for clues to where she was. There, he found the chainsaw, abandoned, in the backyard, and started learning how to use it by himself.

- He's an otaku. He always brings his PSP to school and plays it whenever he's free.
- Self proclaims he can deduct and plan strategies due to self experience (being in many fights when young) and experience in playing video games. But sometimes it doesnt go as well as planned.
- Doesnt show much respect towards his teachers or seniors, but doesnt show much disrespect either.
- Independent.
- Will help out his friends with all his might, but will ignore people he doesnt know.

History:
Kio grew up with his big sister and "grandparents". His parent's whereabouts are currently unknown. Kio doesnt even know if they're still alive. Due to this, he was often bullied by children in his neighborhood when he was young. He had a best friend named Yoshimi that was always on his side. Most of the fights had to be stopped by Kio's sister before anybody could get injured. The continuous bullying suffered by Kio caused his personality to become cold and distant.

The fights got more violent over years, and Kio soon learnt how to counter attack, and even predict their movements. with the help of tools like wooden bars or baseball bats, he and Yoshimi managed to keep the bullies off for a while. But that didnt last long.

They were soon in a fight with a infamous gang who were brought by the bullies, and the two were unable to defend themselves. Soon, they were bleeding everywhere and were almost unconscious. One of the gang members was too into the fight, and striked a blow at Kio in the head. Yoshimi saw this, and flung himself across Kio's body, and suffered a direct strike. Kio's sister soon came along with the police and solved the fight, with the police arresting most of the members of the gang.

That day, Kio spent the night in the hospital. After 2 nights in the hospital room, he received a call from his sister --- Yoshimi had passed away.

Kio was injured severely from the fight, and suffered damage to his ear and hearing senses. In Junior High, he refrained from talking to anybody and stick to video games instead.

A few years later, her sister mysteriously disappeared without leaving any traces behind. She was just proposed to by her boyfriend a few days ago, and being addicted to games, Kio decided to search for the his sister's wherabouts. He refused to believe that she would abandon him like their parents. But there's a truth that Kio doesnt realize himself--- the fact that rather than searching for his beloved sister because of their strong bonds and blood relationship----

he enjoyed the thrill of the search.

His "grandparents" noticed something strange about Kio, and sent him to Higashimori High School, hoping that Kio could get distracted from his sister's case.

-Yoshimi means "friendship"
-Kio was very close to his big sister
- You can always find Kio playing PSP games in the school anywhere, anytime.
-Kio's phone model is excatly the same as his creator's.

-If you notice it, Kio responds to people even though he has his headphones on------ and when he takes them off he somehow pays much less attention.
