*Thanks to for giving me some tips on designing Scotland at Eirtakon! ^^
*Sorry if you spot any sloppy rushed bits in this, mainly that's because they are. :'D I wanted to have something ready around the New Year, so await more late artwork.
Notes:
They're about the same age as Ireland, and all carry the Celtic fad, but still have unique traits such as language, music, food... :3
Scotland is physically strong with a intellectual edge. He seems gruff but is often to the point for people's own good. Often watches out for Northern Ireland and one of the first to know of his personal problems.
Wales appears at first glance a friendly sweetheart. She has a sing-song accent that hides a fierce ass breaking character. Out of England's island neighbours, she has the most patience with him.

The funny thing is, kilts were actually invented by the Irish, lol. Though obviously they did get sorta popular in Scotland, so yeah.
