Oh lordy, was up til 3 o' clock last night doing most of these doodles (and chatting to *Kittymariah about fanzine making and spotting strange-kneed beggars in Dublin... well, for a second.
). I'm not going to make a big fuss over North Korea's design origin, save for a general Stalinist officer outfit and a N.K. wig on eBay (!), and that he exists only as design notes and a fan character thus far about the interwebs.... but his personality here is of my making.
Notes/RL Inspiration:
Great Leader Kimmy is the world's single biggest buyer of Henessey's cognac. 
North Korea has the world's largest unoccupied building - a hotel. 
Kimmy's son once tried to get into Disneyland Tokyo with a passport/ID from the Dominican Republic. APH is Himaruya's creation, and needs to make/develop more major countries instead of doodling micro-nations and sponging off the profit from the anime/drama CDs of the regular cast since that Korean debacle.
