Actually this is after another round of shaving. X3 Though he has more fur then the last few times I've gotten picks of him after a shave. Otherwise he's have thick black and brown hair that almost makes the Lion mane.

Unfortunately Dogbert is only chubby in the face. Which is why I hate when they shave him... he looks so small and thin. He isn't sickly thin looking... he just doesn't match his face that way. X3

this is why i love shar pei they can be wrinkly and chubby and so cute. and...they shave him? well...that would suck but kinda be nice, things would be less hot for him. but Dogbert still cute only if he as just face wrinkles X3

I hate it... but there are reasons for it. His boys are bachelor military boys... so first is cuz its easier for them to shave him than brush burrs out of his coat. And two which is the better reason. Dogbert has a skin condition common in sharpeis so he gets soars on his back and they heal better when the hair is removed or short. Cuz then we can work some lotion in. He has Thick wiry but soft fur. Not quiet Chow but its not Sharpei. But yus... still love. X3

ah laziness.. and that bites about the skin condition. my two shar pei have never had skin trouble, but from what i've picked up on it can get pretty bad. but you can't not love a face that sweet

Yus. But once his soars heal the fur grows back thicker, blacker, and softer than the rest of his fur. XD which is odd. So he has a textured look. X3 And yus! D: Its like the Cuteness is melting. XD
