Bio: Until she was fifteen, Manon lived in an orphanage, where she was adopted by a single mother named Susanne. A few years earlier, she received an email which surprised her, and it resulted to be one of her old orphanage friends; Sean. The two began speaking to each other, eventually meeting up and dating when she was 14 or so. Since he discovered his magic abilities back when they knew each other, it sparked a lot of curiosity into Manon about magic and mythical creatures.
For the next two years after graduation, she studied anything she could while working on her universities library, reading books about mythology, fairies, and even exploring throughout her city, in hopes of maybe finding out more about the magic that existed in earth. She had been studying psychology at the same time, which usually left her with little to no time, but she still kept her investigation going.
The Academy: It was one of this days when a letter arrived to her apartment, her roomate dropping it on her bed. It was then when she opened it that she saw it was an invitation, the academy had sensed her potential due to her perseverance in finding out about magic, and had invited her to enroll in one of their arts.
It seemed too good to be true, which was why she accepted without a doubt.
