This is an illustration that I made for a group about children's illustration. The theme was fairyI'm not proud of it but a pass a lot of time in it

Malgré que tu ne sois pas fière de ce dessin je tiens à te dire que je trouve l'idée tellement sympa que ça m'a donné envie de dessiner ma propre version de ce tea time. Je peux pas te cacher qu'il est au moins en partie inspiré de ton dessin (:

moi j'aime bien l'oeil du lapin, et aussi les lampions, ça cadre bien ton dessin. Je pense pourtant que ton personnage central (la fille) manque de caractère, peut-être qu'elle aurait dû avoir un petit plus, sinon c'est quand même une illus qui capte le regard.
What I like is the rabbit's eye ^^ and the lights too, it really gives a frame to the picture. I think that the main character should have been more consistent as it is the main character, and eyes focus on it. (should have have something special in the features etc...)
but in its whole the pictures is eye catching, so good work.

moi je la voulais très simple cette fée. Par contre j'ai raté la compo ce qui fait qu'elle n'est pas assez mise en valeur.

Thanks. Yea I need more trainning. The composition of this one was failed at the beginning and I didn't see it.

for sure, but I think there are things in this work that work well, I mean there's a real warmth effect, something reassuring, and this is important in an illustration designed for children. But yes some details look a bit awkward...
