and remember to follow the guidelines above if you are in a clan as there are major changes.
However if a clan rule is not mentioned above, one should assume it is the same as it was.
Standard Design Rules are still in place, there is no room for rule breaking elements in outfits.

outta the way losers, edgy teen coming thru. he's tired and angry and ready to fite u if you breathe in a way that makes him think you might look down on him. he has zero patience left for you, the last of any he might've had died with his mom in arc 2--not that he was particularly close with her, since she and his dad divorced when he was six years old. it's been him and Hayate ever since. Hayate's done his best, but he's a little bitter too; bitter at a world that feels set against them from the start.

what's an angsty adolescent to do but lash out?
