Description Concept of sci-fi rifle. This one is meant to be pair to my previous work. DAEVA. ( ).

Both are based on same principle. Usual profile with few added extra non-crazy  features pushing it into future.  Design shouldn't be from far future but believable like from tomorrow.

Work is made in 3ds max. Rendering engine is V-ray.

I did 2 pictures.

So what do you think do you like it or not.?  Tnx for comments if any.

Very interesting design. Great render - metal looks loke metal, plastic looks like it is supposed to look. Yet there are some details that are a bit off. For example, pikatini plank on the sides of the barrel do not look like one - they are poished and curved, while supposed to be metal and abrasive for the better contact. Two below and above the barrel look much better though. Overall interesting shape of the magazine, though I have no idea of what might be concealed by those curves. What matters more is that big bulge right above the magazine - what is it supposed to be? Some kind of gyroscopic stabilizer? Or some kind of power source for the rails or some other internal systems?

However, I like the design overall. Thus you have strong 4,5

hi. tnx you. magazine I did in that shape in order not to be classic. Both model are supposed to have same principle. It shoudnt be standart ones. Just to have usual shape but with few features bringing them into future. No idea principle how they actually work

First let me say that this is a fantastic model echoing current military design trends in a way to suggest where it may ultimately wind up. Textures are very nice though the rail caps along the barrel sides are a bit glossy. The overall color scheme is certainly within current military and civilians weapons industry standards. The scope is excellent, certainly appears to be a device with multiple uses which is in keeping with current trends. The magazine has a feel of solidity to it, it just looks like a heavy battery pack/magazine. The forearm grip seems a little thick but certainly also within current designs. The cylindrical chamber design you have used before and it still sometimes gets me that it's raised so far out of the rifle. I want to complement you on the stock work btw, good detail and design work.

hi. tnx mate. that stock is practically copied in 100 percent from real masada rifle. thats why you like it most porbably

i like this gun alot but as stated in my last review i like things making sense and thus i have a few gripes with this gun first beeing that the cartridge ejection port is not above the acthual shooting mechanism, and what exactly is that round thing on the sides s'posed to be?, the design it self is beutyfull from a purely visual stand point but i can't stop but draw VERY strong paralells to the SCAR-L or the masada ACR assault rifles to the point where it almost looks like just a pimped up variant of both, it does loose a bit of points of originality on this part but despite that the design it self has a very good look to it, seeing this in a game it would most likely still end up my preferred weapon since i'm a weird person who chooses my weapon depending on looks and then start mastering it's mechanics, if i would have to use a point scale i'd say a solid 7/10 loosing those 3 points on lack of sense to me and design beeing a bit too similar to a real design

Hi. I added some extra parts to make it different. You are right i set it on profile of MASADA assault rifle. (Stock is practically same).  Therefore i named it as MADASA. Just changed D for S. It should be energy concept. Black part on the side is not cartrige ejection. it should be display. I didnt make display ON with same info so it could be confusing now. tnx and bye. P.

Ah, hey, I commented on another design about thumbholes. I didn't notice these designs here, so I see you do have some with a standard pistol grip. Sorry bro.
