He is on a show called death note. It used to be on adult swim and was very popular but it ended a while ago. It is about a guy named Light yagami who finds a notebook who gives him the ability to kill anyone by using a name and a face. He begins to kill all the murderers and bad guys in the world and trys to become god. When the amazing L the greatest detective in the world starts to investigate. He is the weirdo of the show and sits funy in his chair as he eats sweets all day. It's a really good show.

I've actually heard a lot about that show, but sadly it's not on Danish television..
We never have the best shows?!
But I've always wanted to watch/read the story..
