Description
Task #8 of ... I decided to do the "Anger" task first...One of the members of the Kitsune faction was vandalizing the Yoru Neko shrines... Ayame and Ayaka managed to track down the culprit in the park.Β Ayame, angry at the Kitsune for causing so much damage, charges straight into battle without listening to her sister...
notes:
-Had to think of a foil to the twins... I thought of using an Okami (wolf), a Tengu (bird), a Tanuki (raccoon dog), or a Kitsune (fox)
-This task is where her reckless personality shines.
-Used "saturation lines" from Clip Studio Paint (formerly Manga Studio).
-Gave the Hayatsume twins some white outline in some places so their hair doesn't blend with the dark background...

Ayame seems to have some issues... control being one of them.Β This definitely shows her as hot-tempered and hot-headed.Β She seems rash and doesn't really think through her actions.Β Such as why does the Kitsune seem so composed when facing down two Yoru Neko.
It's interesting that you describe the various were-types as factions.Β This gives the presumption that they are both organised and in competition with each other, if not outright antagonists.Β Something that seems to have followed the girls from their homeland all the way to Mariton.
I like the way you accurately layered the night sky and your usual simple but effective backdrops.Β And despite the text, the panels don't appear overcrowded.

That sums up Ayame... when she sees something like an all-out brawl, she would dive straight into it...
Not exactly in Mariton, but took place in a park in Japan...
It's a good thing Clip Studio Paint has gradients... they had one for 'night sky'.

Interesting, so she's the kind of person to react on instink and not think things through, letting her emotions get the best of her. Kind of "fight now, ask questions later."
