Description The only reason why I finally decided to make some characters dressed in school uniforms is because I found the perfect fabric in the bargain bin! It's a wool felt that's lightweight, and has an excellent texture. I've got tons of it left, but I really don't feel like making more school kids right now...

I was going to make Matsumoto as well, but I realised that my audience consist mostly of rabid fangirls, and not of horny lil' boys... therefore, selling her would be difficult (cleavage on plushies is kindda awkward). I thought Rukia and Inoue are a safer bet.

Oh, and once again, I do not know WHY, but Rukia's hair took bleedin' forever! It's a lot better...but still. If someone wants to commission me for another Rukia, I will DECLINE no matter the price! lol! I luv her and all, but I'm so fed up of her hair

Inoue was fun to make...and her rack turned out pretty well.

11" in height, and they don't really have any special features.

EDIT It was HARD selling them! People liked them, and poked them, but no one bought them!! In the end, I managed to sell Inoue. Rukia is up for grabs: 40$CND+shipping, note me if anyone is interested.

EDIT 2 Rukia is sold! And I'm never making her ever again.

I love these, and that fabric is awesome for school uniforms! I'd love to see a Matsumoto version, too, personally. Felt cleavage *does* sound awkward, but I'm sure you'd have as good a chance of making it look realistic as anybody.

Awww, they turned out great! I love the fact that they really look like their manga/anime selves. Congrats on finding the perfect fabric! It really does look like it would work well as school uniform. I still tend to have trouble making clevage on plushies well, so I just tend to leave it out for now.

I looove wool felt, but it's so much more expensive than polyester felt >.<. Inoue came out great! I've never attempted to put cleavage on a doll yet. Can't figure out a good way >.>;;

The bargain bin is a wonderful place isn't it. Excellent job on both of them! I love their school outfits! Skirts like that are cool. And both of them have great hair! I'm impressed with the cleavage, I've not been able to make it work on one of my plushies yet...

Well, Inoue doesn't have cleavage per se; she just has a busty chest that's covered, so all you gotta do is add a stuffed piece in that area. I didn't make matsumoto...so I'm wondering how I'd make actual cleavage...but wtv, it's not the time to think about plushie boobs! lol

I paint directly on the fabric. Funny that you ask, because I'm making an eye tutorial at the moment! It should be done real soon, so I hope it'll provide some help.
