I like the dull colours you used here: they give off a sense of old and crumbling to pieces even more than the Photoshop special effects - though next time you may want to let the frame have a non-dull, more lifelike colour, so it stands out and doesn't look like a flat part of the painting inside it. Perhaps also add some light shading on the hair, too, to give them depth just as there is on the gown and the skin.
Got to say, because it really really really is pretty glaring, the anatomy and proportions on Luke are very off: the head is too big, the torso too thin and short, and he seems to not have shoulders. I'd recommend looking up a lot of pose references and just have fun practicing with those; I swear it is fun. c:
