Description The ticket office for the venicular railway at Saltburn UK. This is a victorian railway that has two little carraiges, one going up and one down a steep cliff to the beach. Closed today, I'm afraid.

There was a bloody bloke leaning on the fence, and he wouldn't move. I ended up cloning the bugger out. Thought I did alright.

Taken using my brother's crappy little 3.2 mega pix compact.

Like the contrast between the red house and the sky! Much more sunny than at Southport on Sunday.

Not bad for a 'crappy little compact' eh?

Not bad. Southport is ok, but it isn't the seaside. The sea is always about 2 miles away.

haha tell me about it! a few years ago we took my friend's little sister to Southport and she demanded that we went to the sea. 45 minutes later we eventually reached it then Faye had a paddy cos she didn't like it and didn't want to go in the first place! Little git!

Saltburn is always closed! haha! Actually used to go there a lot - brilliant beaches and that little lift is fabulous - Victorian engineering at it's best - we couldnt make something like that these days x
