There are so many pink Smash 4 characters I could have put in, but for simplicity here are the ones who look unique from their alternates/originals.

Roy Koopa is one of the seven Koopalings as well as Bowser Jr.'s "palette swaps". Roy loves the color pink even with his "tough guy" personality (in reference to "Real Men Wear Pink"), as shown with his head, sunglasses, and shell. In New Super Mario Bros. Wii, his shell was recolored purple to avoid conflict with his sister Wendy's shell color. His Koopa Clown Car color is red.

Little Mac is the protagonist of Punch Out!!, and one of the newcomers in Smash 4. Americans were ecstatic that he got to be in the game, much to the confusion of the Japanese. Just like in his home series, Little Mac's model actually shows battle damage the more he gets hurt. He has a meter that fills up the more damage he takes; once it's full, he can execute a KO punch that's a one-hit kill unless the target is at a very low percentage. His moves also have super armor, meaning he cannot be hit stunned easily. In Smash, he is pretty much the opposite of Jigglypuff: great ground speed and attacks, terrible air game and recovery, and is a starting character. It makes sense that his air game is weak, since boxing doesn't get off the ground.

Kirby shows that real men ARE pink. This is part of Western marketing making Kirby look angry on almost every box art of his games, since Americans don't really think highly of cuteness. Thus the trope "American Kirby is Hardcore". Canonically, Kirby is 8" tall, but obviously he had to be sized up to battle Smash fighters believably. Kirby is one of the veterans of Smash 4, having been on the roster since the Nintendo 64. In some of his home games, Kirby's Smash moveset is actually a copy ability, as seen in Amazing Mirror and Planet Robobot. When copying other fighters in Smash, they all stay on Kirby until he discards it by taunting or gets it knocked out of him. Robin's power is a special case; once the book's magic is used up, Kirby will lose the ability. Shulk's power makes Kirby function differently depending on the Monado stance.
