Contest prize for amaitsuno , who wanted an epic battle between Kirby and Dedede....-_-'
Where do I start with this one..
Well, for one thing, I'm pretty certain I've broken some kind of record for howΒ manyΒ mistakes I've made in this drawing. Seriously, it's embarrassing. Just don't zoom in too close and maybe you can ignore them, but even so... I'm still making such amateurish mistakes.. I had to redo Kirby's pink at one point; just erased the whole thing and used a different pencil. Was NOT willing to start over. -_-
And colour theory is obviously still not my strong suit.. all this red and I was forced to use green as the background (they're complimentary
) but it doesn't look great at all. Looks like I'll need to shop for more markers..Well, alright I'll stop complaining, but this is basically why I've been shying away from colouring anything. I'm just not capable. Sorry, contest winner.. >_<

Any particular reason King Dedede has chest hair? It kinda... bothers me a bit. (He's not a lion) XD
I love the solid colors in the drawing. Something about good traditional marker fill-ins is very pleasing to look at. I think you did a good job regardless of that glaring flaw in Kirby's hands.
Keep at it! I shall wait in anticipation for whatever you decide to draw for me. ^_^

Uh, idk really. I just noticed a few artists draw him with more.. 'fluff', but guess I'm not too skilled at it yet.
Thank you, I liked how markers looked too which is how I started my small collection of copics. xD I wanted to try it out myself, starting with Pokemon and stuff... and now bigger drawings like this, but I still need practice..

Look closely on Kirby's hands and you'll see that the line I used for his hammer's handle continues along his hands.. I forgot I was using ink
That one's the most apparent, to me, but I'm glad at any rate that you still loved it.
