Stephanie Sheh voices many young female characters, whether they be shy like Hinata Hiyuuga (Naruto) and Mikuru Asahina (The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya), or very genki like Usagi Tsukino/Sailor Moon/Princess Serenity (Sailor Moon) and Nui Harime (Kill la Kill). Being of Asian heritage, she can speak Mandarin and Taiwanese, and understand some Japanese.

Sailor Moon has had many voice actors. Not so much for the Japanese version, but the English dub. She had 3 voice actors during the 90s, courtesy of Optimum Productions, the company that was responsible for handling the scripts and the move from DiC to Cloverway. Sailor Moon was voiced by Tracey Moore, then Terri Hawkes, and finally Linda Ballantyne. However, Hawkes voiced the character in all three movies even when she left the main series for pregnancy reasons. When VIZ got the license to re-dub the entire series along with Crystal, Stephanie Sheh got the part with creator Naoko Takeuchi's approval.

Usagi and Nui have some similarities but also some differences. They're both adorable blue-eyed blondes with Rapunzel pigtails and a penchant for pink. However, they're on opposite ends of moral alignment, with Usagi being the Messiah of Good and Nui being a sadistic psychopath. Usagi's favorite colors are stated to be pink and white, so it would be very fitting for her to wear Nui's outfit. There's so much pink, Chibiusa would get jealous...

Sailor Moon belongs to Naoko Takeuchi and Toei Animation. Kill la Kill belongs to Hiroyuki Imaishi and Trigger.

Because of casting, you get to see Sailor Uranus cut Sailor Moon's arms off!
