Well drawing is something that comes from within XD The ability to draw is a very relative thing. ^^ I can't "teach" you how to draw coz I'd be teaching you how to draw in MY style, which wouldn't be fair.
You have to be willing to have tons of patience and a lot of passion ^^ I suggest drawing from boring old realism, and then when you're comfortable, exaggerate parts of anatomy to fit what you like... ^^
I know, I suck but I truly don't think drawing is something that can be taught. ^^ It can be taught to an extent, but to be a true artist you have to start original and stay original. ^^
