This is my OC, Froshtine (Frosh-tee-neh) !!!I love him so very much and he's so cute and adorable and sjkfnadjkgndfj
I'll write a short bio on him later, but Froshtine is a fancharacter from the game Skies of Arcadia/Eternal Arcadia, and he's an air pirate >3
ohh and his right eye (the one covered up) is ALL black, there's no pupil or iris or anything.
I whipped this up because I kinda need a ref of him so people can draw him....all I have are old conceptual doodles :C

He grew up in Upper Valua, but he always wanted to be a pirate and live outside of Valua. Since his parents were wealthy he ended up having his own ship (it's not like MASSIVE or overly-exquisite or anything) when he was young. Him and his parents fought a lot because of their different views, and when he reached 16 his parents ordered him to be "banished" from Valua. They abandoned him with his ship. He was glad, however, that he was sent away from Valua because he didn't want to live a spoiled, overly luxurious life like the rich Valuans. He wanted adventure (much like Vyse), but he's kind of soft and humble like Enrique. However he's very obsessed with how he looks and his clothing style is very influenced by Upper Valua.(LAME SUMMARY I KNOW /fail)
I also have another SoA fancharacter in development, his name is Monasontri (lol what a stupid name) and he's a blue rogue who is often mistaken for being a black pirate. He gets drunk a lot. xD

It's hard to find people who are just as nerdy about SoA as I am.
That's really cool backstory, and I like how he is actually another character that breaks apart the illusion that all Valuans are power-hungry rich people or poor people with broken spirits!
I've never actually bothered to make a fan character for SoA, but I like trying to figure out the backstories on some of the other minor characters, like Lone Wolf Lawrence or Illchymis. <333 I guess the closest character that I would have that would fit in would be my pirate lady, Sheila, or her brother Leslie. XDD
I wish I could play SoA, but I have no console to play it on anymore. I've just sailed back from Yafutoma, too~!

Ahhh yeah, I'd love to know backstories of some of the characters like the ones you mentioned. T ^T'' It's sad how it's so hard to find SoA websites/info nowadays...it's all old and lots of them are broken links. Haha, I really love Lawrence and Illchymis (Domingo too!).
Ohhh do you not have a Gamecub/DC anymore? That's so sad.... Is that the farthest you've gotten on the game?
I've been playing the game for years (ever since it was released on the GC), but I never wanna beat it because I never want it to be 'over.' Haha, I love the game too much. <33 (I just watch all the ending cutscenes on Youtube xDD)
The farthest I've gotten on the game is boarding Galcian's Hydra, after you have a ship battle with it. ^^

I really hope that the rumors of Sega coming out with a sequel are true. I also really hope that if a sequel does happen, it won't be angsty and just become the next Final Fantasy. I really hope it keeps the same sort of positive, inspiring charm as the original. <333 So many of the crew members don't have very developed backstories. Even if there wre more of a backtsoyu of the two sailors that had the halves of Daccat's Treasure Map would been awesome. Alas, it wasn't so, so we'll have to make due with what the game gave us and our imaginations.
Oh, no, I've gotten to the end of it. I've beaten it several times over the years. (Not to the point were I find every one of the 88 discoveries or all the chams/choms/abirik chams or all the Moonfish, but I've gotten to see the final cutscenes.) I also do have a Gamecube with Legends, but it's not reading discs for some reason. So I have to borrow a friend's Wii to play it, but he just got Super Smash Brothers Brawl on it, so he's not going to be lending it to me soon.
