How smart is Lenny because most yellow bellies (DC supers) are basically broken when it comes to the mind

He's like Fawkes, but while Fawkes is super-smart, highly philosophical, and very poetic in comparison to most Super Mutants from all around the different parts of the Wasteland (and a lot of Humans too, for that matter), he just has slightly-above-average Human intelligence. He's also quite aware and not lacking in common sense.
Another defining difference between Fawkes and Lenny is that Fawkes, despite his amazing intellect and poetic nature, is still very fond of violence and very big and powerful weapons, like most Super Mutants, while Lenny is not. They may be smart, but are very different people.

Lenny also has a Marcus-esque voice, and is alot less loud, which makes him pretty much nothing like his brethren.
