Seriously, I have no idea what was going through my head when I designed this... other than the word "cute!"
I hope his hair looks alright as it took me around 4 attempts to get it looking normal-ish. OTL And let's not talk about the balloon or the reason why Squalo is holding one whilst jumping into the sea.
