I love this picture so much! I love the coloring and how I drew her and just RAH! Awesome! 
Her skeleton arm turned out pretty good too. I'm still practicing with that though. 
Yeah, as Mavh was killing her he kinda peeled the skin off of her hand and arm. Felt like explaining that since I just now figured out a good excuse for that. XDAnyway, felt like drawing Charlie. I'm not sure why she's all fancy but I have a feeling Morgan dolled her up.
Night on the town? I don't really wanna know what their idea of a night on the town would be but whatever floats their boat.And this also goes with the song #1 Crush by Garbage . I like the song. I had my ipod on shuffle and it turned on and I kinda forgot I had it and it fit her. Guess who she's thinkin about.

Any tips for photoshop?

I have trouble coloring my pencil drawings...
I don't know if it's because of my style or whatever (if you have any tips based of my style, you can look at my profile), but it really bugs me that since I spent all of my money on photoshop and I don't know how to use it correctly. grr *pout*

Getting my lines dark enough/whites white and shading.

Well are you using the blackest black to outline? And the whitest white? And shading just takes practice. That's really all I can say about shading.

I mean getting it like that from a pencil drawing. I have trouble getting the lines black before coloring and the whites close enough that I can select it to add a back ground and stuffs

Well, you're actually supposed to do the lineart on another laying in photoshop then turn off the sketch laying. That'll make coloring and making background easier.
