073 - Ceostrigg (Ceo[mist]+Strig[owl] - The Freezing Pokemon - It is said that CEOSTRIG can control moisture droplets to lift its body in the air, making them appear as wings. It is unknown why is has no wings, but folklore states it once had wings but due to its vanity in flight, its wings were stripped of it.074 - Perefogg (Peregrine+Fog) - The Freezing Pokemon - Like it predecessor PEREFOGG can control moisture, but to a higher degree. It can travel at speeds of a jet plane by controlling the water around and where ever it flies, is said to be engulfed in a thick fog.
073-074 - ICE/FLYING TYPE
Inspired by birds of prey and slight influence from Athena.

really like the concept, but I am having a slight bit of trouble working out the facial aspects of Perefogg? I guess because the colours are all slight hues of blue.

yeah, its was just kinda hard to translate the design i drew to the sprite form, its basically just looking left aggressively Its basically got the face of a peregrin, small arched beak and really large eyes. I could tweak the colours, make it more noticeable.
