As far as I could tell from browsing through this guys gallery there wasn't any original overwatch art. The artist of this piece is Arnold Tsang. He did the concept art for most, if not all, of the overwatch's characters and is an official artist for Blizzard. I hope this helped!

Probably, but I'm actually going to try and resolve this by asking the user to stop instead of going full force and reporting them first

hmm, you got a fair point. going Full focus will only make this worse I'll do the same.
