Thank you so much for doing this! I finally tried it out and I thin it turned out alright ;A;! I gave you credit for the lineart as well. Tutorials like this help me a lot because I'm a visual leraner who needs to see everything broken down and most people don't really take the time to do these kinds of things. I can imagine how long it must have taken to configure this, I really do appreciate this. I'm going to try this tutorial again with a different lineart and see how it goes! This really gave me a boost of confidence that I didn't have before. Thanks again!

Even with you're super amazing tutorial, I still am not capable of coloring clothing.
You don't even know... I've spent hours doing same kind of shading (and then forward to my own style of shading, obviously.) but still can never get it right. //cry cry
I love you're tutorial though.

Thanks for the tutorial. A bit animesque, but useful.
Just a couple of questions: This shading method works with more kinds of matherials apart from cotton? And what is the white part on the bracelet?
Thanks again.

you're welcome!
actually, I'm still not that kind of expert in clothing, I'd say it mostly works with cotton and satin.
The white part is for the sake of adding a light effect.
Sorry for the super late reply.

Hey, just wanna say thanks for all ur effort making this. For the whole time, I've been only using mouse to draw. Finally, I bought myself a drawing tablet yesterday after saving up but I'm kinda lost since it I never used a drawing pen before. This greatly discouraged my spirit but here I am, reading all your in-depth tutorials. Thanks for giving me back the hope, you are totally great.

Yep, thanks a lot. I used your tuts and managed to make an artwork out of it. Still, I'm kinda weak on shading for the clothes crumples. Gotta practice more.
