Sounds like a place of wonderful job opportunities if you were planning on being a policeman.

I thought the future of America was creepy looking suburbanites before I scrolled down.

These are all remixes of original 1930s-1940s US government poster art.

You know, looking back over the posters of the 40s/50s USSR and USA I find a startling similarity in style which harks back to this whole 'you're all the same' thing. I often feel that the McCarthyist paranoia was simply a violent denial of the fact that the ends of the political horseshoe were, and still are, very close together.
This very same poster could have been made in the 50s and the message it currently bears would have been just as relevant. I'm not saying you don't have a point- you VERY MUCH have a point, and I love the stuff you put out, but what I will say is that the people who say things like "What happened, this is terrible" have simply ignored the fact that a surveillance society is nothing new and has existed ever since the atom bomb came into play.

And even before that. The Palmer Raids in the 1920s, the systematic harassment of the Haymarket organizers in the 1880s, and many more examples could be cited. The powers that be always seek to repress change agents with radical agendas. Thanks for your comment.

This is both true and sad. What happened America? You went from being the shining beacon for the world to what parents in other countries threaten their children with and countries we once considered third world or underdeveloped use as an example of excess and insanity.

We need more parties, especially since one party has completely abandoned its stances on the issues and merely become the party of "Hell, no!". Obstructionism for the sake of making the President a one-term President isn't what we need for America.

Well, if I wanted to permit my gallery to be used to disseminate someone else's not very well done junk, I wouldn't have blocked him and deleted his stuff now, would I? What do you think about the poaster?
