Really nice design. Β One of the best concepts I've seen for a Mega Luxray.
The crown in particular I find interesting. It could act as a helmet, which could justify giving Mega Luxray the Rock Head ability, allowing it to use Wild charge as much as it wants without worrying about recoil. Β If they added a few more recoil moves to it's moveset it could make for a very interesting mega.
