Okay, I'll start with the good. This is done very well for ordinary crayolas! And for once with a manga-style piece, I have no complaints with the hair. The detail in the butterfly headphones is fantastic.
First things first, the quality of the picture is very pixelated. I advise that you save your picture files as .png so that there is no pixels.
The way her neck and shoulders connect together doesn't look natural, and it makes her neck seem, well, broken. Try studying references of models in the same pose and take note of proportions.
The mouth is bothering me. The outline of the lips is quite far away from where the mouth begins (the red part). Try having the mouth opening in the same place as the lip outline.
Lastly, there is some smudges on her shoulder, nose and earphones. They are a bit distracting. Try to keep your work clean as possible, and keep your erasers clean.
