The antagonist of my Aksi rebel herd is here again.

No, your eyes are not tricking you, he has almost no mane or tail Amazing, I know, considering how my characters tend to have lots and lots of hair. His tail is kept extremely short and wrapped up around the tail bone (you can see it poking out slightly from beneath the tail feathers), and his mane is mostly shaved, but he has a bit of short hair in the gap between his neck feathers, and a medium-long forelock. His leg feathering is clipped, completely defeating the purpose of giving it lightning bits on the foal design. Oh well, maybe someday I'll feel like drawing him with feathering.
